I am a baker, so I make lots of cookies and these sheets are a must have in my kitchen. I had not tried this brand, but I baked some cookies yesterday and they worked great. I loved the savings and receiving such a good product. I bake with them, then cut them in half and place them between the layers of cookies to protect them in their box as they travel to their intended destination to be enjoyed. The cut with ease and were not brittle so I was able to use them for lining the boxes of prepared cookies.

These sheets are much easier to use than the roll. They fit baking sheets wonderfully and are easier to cut for smaller pans. No rolling up on you either.

I've been very happy with these parchment sheets. They're strong, non-stick, and easy to cut to the size I need. I use them for baking, reheating, and lining foil pans to keep food from direct contact with aluminum. A great value and a handy kitchen staple.

So far seems good. Stiff enough to shap, didn't fall apart at a hint of moisture, separated my lunchables I bought these to use while I figure out the priority of reusables I want or need, the right sizes and which type are worth investing in. These are versatile while most of the silicone and beeswax items are more limited and I don't want to clutter up my kitchen with things I only use twice a year. That's not sustainable at all! :( I also expect to stock these for gifting, fire-camping, and for those uses not worth buying something fancy for. My intended uses: Onigirazu, sandwiches, diy bento %26 freezing separators, baking sleeves, and temporary sheets for rolling out tortillas and flat breads etc. I won't be using them to freeze foods on. I have reusable cutting sheets that I keep one side smooth for that exact purpose. *Tip I buy two pairs, cut one pair into 3 half sheets and 2 quarter sheets. The smooth sides double as funnels and scoops. I suspect these will do that too with dry ingredients for those who don't have/want the cutting sheets. The con: a bit thin %26 not as robust as I hoped but these are the affordable versions. Picture is of less than one quarter of a sheet cut to make a lunchbox separator.

I like the individual sheets, but they are thin so you might have to use at least two pieces.
