These are an excellent value. I have been using a different brand for several years. The last 2 orders I received revealed that there had been a product change. What had been soft wasn't as soft. It just didn't fit as well. Finally, even a few drops meant unpleasant odors. Uncomfortable and smelly meant more changes. More $$. I tried Always and found soft underwear that fit with odor control. Exactly what I was looking for and what I needed. Also, what the Always package said it would provide. S

No one wants to wear Diapers , but this is superior brand Always Does not fall apart with longer wear when trying to prevent “accidents” Depends is Recommend for Limited Use… I have tried depends and always the depends is good for incontinence and needing to change several times a day dribbles do not absorb well leaving wetness on skin So night use and complete incontinence maybe for Depends ? But… if wearing for longer periods of time (still able to use the toilet and pulling panty up and down several times a day) Depends fails!!! Depends padding tends to pull away from the panty and then spill out inside or at the rear waistband Always brand lining is thicker and better for longer periods of wear. Always Does not fall apart like Depends Always absorbs dribbles better… If you have to wear a diaper? ALWAYS IS THE BETTER CHOICE!!!

ALWAYS DISCREET ADULT INCONTINENCE UNDERWEAR. We made the switch from the old brand approximately 6 months ago. We are so delighted with Always. The fit is so much better. They are Always dependable and comfortable. We definitely recommend Always Discreet.

Every thing was fine, but I didn’t get one of the Always Discreet L Underwear I ordered. .

I liked not having to worry about leaks but don’t like that it can be seen under clothing.

Product was as expected. Packaging sent without any outside coverage Not expected *** Tried to return 2 pkgs that were obviously the wrong size . Local Walmart did not understand and their computer system was also incorrect. Received $9 return instead of $49 purchase price Not happy …

i used to buy always discreet boutique but that seems to be pretty much impossible these days. was using assurance but was out of stock. got this instead. i have a love/hate relationship with this particular product. i love that i don't have to fold the underwear down so it's not sitting halfway up my stomach. however, i hate how they are made. it's like they took a hospital sized pad and slapped it into the crotch. the stuffing bunches up and is very uncomfortable. not to be crude but I'm constantly pulling wedgies out. if i could combine what i love about assurance and always discreet, i would have the perfect incontinence underwear. conflicted on if I'll but again. bought a 76 count, so i have a while to decide.

They substituted the wrong item. They apparently didn't have the package size and substituted more of a smaller size to match the quantity ordered. They then sent a different item! This was not needed! They sent pads instead of briefs! Now I have to go through the process of returning them and getting the right product!
