I bought these for postpartum and they worked so well for what I needed! They are very soft and confortable, and I didnt feel like I was wearing a diaper because they felt like normal underwear and they didnt make a rustling sound either. It was so much easier to use these than having to worry about putting a pad down and getting it in the right spot before I started dripping on the floor lol. I’ve peed myself a few times since being home and these underwear caught every last drop. Every time I felt like I was going to have pee running down my leg, or it was going to soak through to my pants, but every time there were no leaks anywhere. They caught everything! There is a bow at the top on one side to be able to tell which side is the front. I highly recommend these for postpartum and will definitely be buying them again when I have my next baby. As a reference, im 5’7” and about 200lbs when I’m not pregnant and following the size chart, I bought a size large and they fit great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used pads and now since using these pull ups, I will be switching. They are very comfortable and doesn't show through your pants. I didn't get a rash like i do with pads and they don't leak. Definitely will be getting them again.

It’s basically a maxi pad with briefs. The absorbent part is located only where you need it (between the legs) so it’s not obvious through your clothing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These things were a lifesaver during pregnancy! They were comfortable, didn’t make the crunchy sounds like pads normally do, and managed to hold more leakage than expected. I would highly recommend during pregnancy/pelvic floor issues.

These pads are absorbent, but they don't look like underwear which is why I tried them. They don't look like the image on the packaging. There are more like Sumo wrestlers garb with a large pad in the middle.

I’m typically a size 12/14 and they just fit (product states L fits sizes 12-20). The scent is pleasant, though I personally would prefer them unscented. The back is cut fairly high. The side seems are visible under clothing, which makes it feel like they should be placed on the inside for a smoother look. Aside from those design details, they perform as expected, but I think there’s room for improvement in the fit and construction of the underwear.

It also had a pleasant, light scent. One drawback was that the fit was a bit uncomfortable and it would occasionally get wedged in an awkward position. Even sizing up did not fully avoid this issue.

Feels like regular underwear and not a bulky diaper. Gives security throughout the day because of the zero leak design. The light scent protects against odor.

I have a complaint. These arrived today. These DO NOT fit like a brief. They are more like a high hip fit. I am so mad. I purposely purchased 2 of these because they appear to be a brief style.
