Always Discreet Boutique Incontinence Underwear, Maximum Protection, S/m, Black, 12 Count

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love how comfortable this Always Discreet Boutique disposable underwear is! The material is so soft and stretchy. I can forget I am wearing them! They pull on easily and provide a good amount of coverage all around. The leg openings are also nice and stretchy and don't gap. I like that the white interior absorbent panel comes up high in the front and even fairly high in the back to provide good leak coverage. The panel also takes up almost the whole width of the underwear for good coverage from side to side. They aren't too bulky or lumpy and the material moves with you. I like the light powdery scent that they have that can help mask odors. I usually wear a size 8 or medium in pants and the S/M 2-14 size fits me perfectly. I would definitely recommend this underwear to anyone looking for comfortable leak protection

These go on easily and feel like you are wearing underwear instead of a diaper. They also absorb very well which is great when you have a busy day .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample of Always Discreet Boutique Incontinence Underwear for Women for free from @AlwaysDiscreet and @Influenster for my honest product review. I like the look of these although they remind me of ones my toddlers wore after diapers. They really need to put a stamp or something so we know which side is the back because you cannot figure it out by looking or even by putting them on. I chose the small to medium size which fits anyone from size two to fourteen in the black color. I normally wear a size 10-12 depending and I found them rather tight when first putting them on (but fine later). Also, they aren't the easiest to put on so I had to sit on the toilet to put them on. I wouldn't wear these with a dress because I can hear that tell-tale diaper sound when walking with them. However, under jeans they are great. The thin edges and ‘boy-cut' make it so the ‘panty-line' is less than normal underwear. The ‘low-rise' in the rear works so you cannot see them over your jeans when bending over etc which I like. Overall, I think these are great, discreet and helpful especially when you need that extra incontinence protection. If you are on the high end of a size range though, I would consider sizing up.

They feel very lightweight and not bulky which makes me happy. They don't look like they're going to be irritating. Fit should be no issue because the legs and waist are elasticized.

It 100% protects from leakage, whether you are sleeping or out and about. There isn't any type of smell from the product. My issue is it feels like you are wearing a diaper. They aren't sexy at all and are slightly noisy when you shift/move. It made me feel like I was wearing an adult diaper vs a discreet bladder control pad. They're great for overnight or during the day if you are wearing jeans, but otherwise for me, they were a bit too bulky.

The stretchy material is soft and silent like panties, but protect like a maxi pad. I wear size 10 pants and the s/m stretched to fit me comfortably. It took me a minute to figure out front vs. back, though. Good protection and odor cover for moderate leaks. I would recommend it to a friend.

While they say up to size 14, I am a 10-12 and they were *very snug around the leg opening. I would size up if you're over 180lb. That being said, they are very comfortable disposable underwear. I wore them all day without issue, felt confident and they were not any bulkier than a super pad, but with the guarantee of no leaks or bleed thru. I liked that they came in black because that is the majority of my wardrobe and it felt overall less grandma. I have recommended these for my endometriosis gals for post op, just careful on sizing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure what I was expecting with these but I was hoping they were a little less adult diaper and more additional protection from occasional leaks. They appear absorbent and the “panty” part is very stretchy to accommodate many sizes, but they sound like a diaper when wearing. I think I'll stick to liners instead for light protection. This is probably much better for someone who needs more than light protection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pros for the discreet underwear is that it can replace your underwear. No having to worry about your pad being in the wrong place and leaking. Unfortunately for me, that is the only positive. Even though this was a small/medium size, it bunched horribly in the crotch area and caused chaffing. It was an odd combination of being snug in the waist with the elastic but huge in the crotch. The lack of breathability caused me to sweat everywhere. The scent was a little strong for me. Not a good fit for me.

I ordered the low rise which I love and I didn’t receive low rise, they are for my 10 year old daughter and that’s the only ones the fit her right, I’m going to try and go to the store for a exchange hopefully they have them, but they haven’t been in stock in store in a while
