Always Discreet Incontinence Pads for Women, Heavy Absorbency, Regular Length, Postpartum Pads, 48 Count

I've been using this product for a few years and I just noticed that there is a regular size and a long size. I never aid attention to anything other than the absorbency number "5". I would wonder to myself why sometimes when I get them they are longer than other times and I finally noticed "long" on the packaging on one of my packages and then regular on the other. I prefer the long for more secure coverage. They aren't very bulky no matter which one you use.

This is one of my favorite brands to use for pets. They have different sizes from the different stages that you have in your period. They have light ones too heavy duty to medium. I also really like the different colors that they can add to the packaging, which just makes it a little bit more appealing.

Full disclosure, I went on a trip to NYC and I was so afraid I wouldn't find a bathroom in time so I purchased these Always Discreets. I found them to be very comfortable. It didn't even feel like I had one on. The thickness on them is perfect . And it wasn't noticeable at all. I felt confident being out and about with this added protection.

I've used all brands of these pads. They're thinner but truly absorb better than the others, esp at night. I'm up in age now and those muscles don't work on me like they used to. The only reason I don't give them all of stars is they're not 100% secure for reasons I won't go into but they're better than the others on the market.

This product is OK except for one thing they can leak on the side. They are not as they advertise.. If you can make it to the bathroom in time you're good, but if you don't make it in time you may be in for a surprise. One or both sides will be a damp or wet and get this some times the middle of the pad will be dry when the sides are wet. By the way it's not just Always , It's the other brands too. . I have found out that it you double up with a %23 2 or 3 pad You can get a better result sometimes

The size 5 is way to small and the size 6 is too big!! I wish they would enlarge the 5 a little more! I have an old 5 it is at least an inch larger??

To call these "Heavy" absorption is an absolute joke. Maybe if you are 85%23 and leak 5 drops🙄 If you are afraid of an actual leak don't buy these. Very thin

the sticky section no longer works well, and does not extend far enough up to keep the top from folding down do when you leak it misses the pad and goes onto the underware and outer clothing, which results in smell. I switched to these after my other brand changed it's quality. now I'll have to find a different brand or go back to my old ones and hope they have improved.

I've used these pads for years now as prices have gone up on things they didn't raise the price they cut the product it's so small I couldn't believe it was a size 5 it almost looks like a panty liner it's ridiculous. of course that's an exaggeration but the point is it's very thin narrow and short

Eventhough the size said Regular, these were long compared to my other pads I have ordered from Always. I compared them, they are not regular size.
