The sticky part sticks well to the underwear,I believe there is an odor neutralizer to it and if there is it works very well. The smell is very mild and light scented, kind of like an expensive floral. I experience no dampness, the moisture stays in the pad. Would I buy again and would I recommend? Yes. In the last picture I held the pad under the sink and it has a little ridge on the sides with elastic that helped hold the moisture in and the pad just absorbed and absorbed.

This is one of my favorite brands to use for pets. They have different sizes from the different stages that you have in your period. They have light ones too heavy duty to medium. I also really like the different colors that they can add to the packaging, which just makes it a little bit more appealing.

I've been using this product for a few years and I just noticed that there is a regular size and a long size. I never aid attention to anything other than the absorbency number "5". I would wonder to myself why sometimes when I get them they are longer than other times and I finally noticed "long" on the packaging on one of my packages and then regular on the other. I prefer the long for more secure coverage. They aren't very bulky no matter which one you use.

Comfortable and discreet These Always Discreet long pads are just that, discreet! I am no longer embarrassed by a bulge and am able to carry on with my day regardless of leaks. My previous brand was Kotex, but I found that I like this brand much better. They are extremely comfortable, even with leakage they stay dry against my skin.

I like the fact that I can depend on no leakage. I was surprised at how much 1 Pad held. I use %235 regular length. I have used the long length, but it is not as comfortable. Thanks ALWAYS!

I've used all brands of these pads. They're thinner but truly absorb better than the others, esp at night. I'm up in age now and those muscles don't work on me like they used to. The only reason I don't give them all of stars is they're not 100% secure for reasons I won't go into but they're better than the others on the market.

This product is OK except for one thing they can leak on the side. They are not as they advertise.. If you can make it to the bathroom in time you're good, but if you don't make it in time you may be in for a surprise. One or both sides will be a damp or wet and get this some times the middle of the pad will be dry when the sides are wet. By the way it's not just Always , It's the other brands too. . I have found out that it you double up with a %23 2 or 3 pad You can get a better result sometimes

I have been trying the equate version of the five drops after some surgery I had had. they both are five drops and I actually prefer the Walmart Equate brand. Always does have a 6 drop version that is regular size instead of long, which I will try next. I found them unable to handle to steong void and certainly not the quantiriy they say this pad holds. it said online it is the most popular for my needs, but I was let down. I did call the company to ask them a few questions about the brands and I was unaware at that time they had 6 drops in regular length, so they sent me two $5 coupons, so, that was nice. In the meantime, I'm sticking with the Walmart equate brand.

the sticky section no longer works well, and does not extend far enough up to keep the top from folding down do when you leak it misses the pad and goes onto the underware and outer clothing, which results in smell. I switched to these after my other brand changed it's quality. now I'll have to find a different brand or go back to my old ones and hope they have improved.

I did not receive my order yesterday for always discreet pads. All I want to do is get these and then I will write a review but they were not with my order. Please help.
