I used these postpartum and they're an absolute must have in my opinion. A million times better than the hospitals mesh underwear you're given. I did find sizing up to be more comfortable of a fit. My normal size fit but sizing up was the better fit postpartum. I had no leaks while wearing these, even overnight or standing up after a few hours. My baby was in the nicu for 3 weeks and even the long walks across the hospital, I still didn't have leaks. I went through about 3 packs, but that'll vary by person.

Used them after my son was born..Absolutely a life saver. It never leaked and help alot. They are comfortable and dont feel bulky. They did not irraite my c section area. It true to fit.

After the discontinuation of the Always sensitive. I called the company as my family needed sensitive for urination reasons. She loves them on her sensitive skin. I just wish they were larger packages.

Out of all my postpartum purchases, this is the one I'd never do without. They are comfy and absorbent. It makes laundry easier since you don't have to worry about it. They are not super bulky and not noticeable when wearing. On my second pack now and highly recommend.

I preferred these after a few days postpartum. I still had some that the hospital gave me but they were bulkier which is to be expected. I ran through more of the hospital ones as the bleeding was heavier at the time and had a lot of accidents being hooked up to meds. But by the time I came home about 5 days after admittance these were great. Held everything in. Yes they aren't seamless under clothes but at least I was not worried about accidents. Eventually I only needed them at night.

So thankful that these products are now available for new moms!

May not be the best with C section scar area.. but fits well, dosent move around.. great absorbency.

Good and convenient. Size up if you had a c section.

I wasn't very thrilled with the fit of this item. It kept folding in areas that I needed coverage and truly made very self aware that I was wearing essentially a diaper. It wasn't for me, but absorbency was great.

I bought these in preparation for my postpartum recovery, but I was unable to use them because they were too small. The Large says size 14 - 20, I wear 18 - 20 and they were too small. I think they would fit better on someone who wears a size 12 - 16.
