Always Pure Cotton Feminine Pads with Wings, Size 2, Heavy Absorbency, 24 Count

Honestly this is the best period pads I've tried. I was always using costco, giant quantity, always regular one (the green package). that was the most cost effective. but i got to try this one and i can never go back. so much comfortable. It doesnt stick to skin and hurts when taken off after longer period of time like the plasticky ones do! I'm too afraid to stuck the cup in or use tampon, so I used pads all my life, so I know some pads. This is the best pads I've found so far.

they're really good size and I don't irritate it all kinda sensitive to a lot of pads. I'm so thankful for finding these ones I definitely recommend them

Ever since Always came out with these clean cotton pads, this is the only type of pad I will use. I don’t use tampons because of the toxins and because I am very conscience about my health I always go for fragrance free pads. I like how often I Don’t have to change them. I don’t know how they do it but when my period is really heavy, it can hold a lot of weight with no leaks.

Most breathable, comfortable, pads I've ever tried. Really good absorbance, %26 no weird odors which I assume is due to the cotton being less reactive to bad bacteria compared to all the synthetic materials in other pads. I've tried every natural %26 organic pad on the market, %26 this one is my favorite (even though it isn't organic) it does not irritate my skin.

i LOVE these pads! i have irregular periods and they last long sometimes. after a week id get rashes from the foam pads. these saved me!! no rash and i hardly notice i have them on. theyre so breathable and light. it was perfect for my flow. very absorbent. i felt like i changed these less compared to the flexfoam ones. they stick super well. the wings dont come unstuck and half stick to my leg like some do lol. these are a godsend i praise whoever created these things! cotton is where it's at!!!!

They haven’t let me down yet. However, I think they are a little wide and definitely too long for my liking. Was hoping they were going to be about 2” shorter. They should have the sizes way more clearly stated. The width makes it so the wings overlap one another and then it’s a fight (that I rarely win) to get it unstuck when it’s time to change it out. Or the back folds in on itself and the back underside folds up and next thing I know, it’s sticking to me! 🤦🏻‍♀️😤😑 I don’t wear thongs -so those aren’t an option, but I’m also not wearing panties that belong on a 4 yo or my gramma. They should think about more option sizes and shapes.

I’m allergic to synthetic cotton. I recently had a baby and chose these because it says organic cotton… they’re not organic. I’ve been having a reaction thinking it was something else causing it. No. It’s these pads. Now I’m out $18 because I bought two boxes. Do not buy these, especially if you’re allergic!!!

I do not like this at all. It is soft but I don’t feel like it’s soaking up the blood enough. It feels messy. My underwear got stained on the side. They are also thin so maybe wear only on your last days. I don’t think it’s worth it for the price might as well get a pantyliner

These do not stick well to cotton panties, especially the wings. They have the same chemical smell as the regular ones. The top half is too narrow. I wrote a longer 1 star review on the overnight ones. Attached is a picture. so you can see the difference between a size 2 and 5.

Don't let the organic cotton fool you into thinking these are natural and better for you. Ladies please read the ingredients. These have harmful chemicals in it. Why is there titanium dioxide in these along with a few other harmful chemicals and being marketed as organic/natural. I'm sick of these corporations taking advantage of those who value their health.
