Amazing Formulas Borage Oil 1000 Mg 90 Softgels

I've been taking this borage oil for a few weeks and am very happy with it. The capsules are easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I've noticed my skin feels more hydrated, and it seems to help with overall comfort as well. I like that it's clearly labeled for quality and GLA content. Great value and I would definitely buy it again.

Out of desperation because my knee kept swelling and I'd end up in Urgent Care, I bought a book on Inflammation. This book recommended Borage Seed Oil gels to reduce inflammation. I tried it and have not been back to Urgent Care for my knees since. I cannot recommend this product enough!

I read in a book on inflammation that Borage Oil is the easiest way to see immediate relief. Before taking it, I ended up in Urgent Care 3 times because my knees would swell up with fluid and I wouldn't be able to bend my knees. That hasn't happened since I take Borage Oil every day. The difference is amazing and I cannot recommend it enough. I don't know why doctors aren't knowledgeable about this supplement, maybe because they don't make money off it, but it is a life changer!

For me, the best thing about this brand of Borage Oil is that it only takes one (1) capsule to achieve the serving amount of 1000mg. The capsules are approximately 1 inch long which is not small, however they are slightly smaller than the last brand I bought which required two (2) capsules to achieve 1000mg. If you have difficulty swallowing large capsules, you might want to seek a different brand of borage oil.

I did the research, and found these capsules a better option than EPO. They haven't done anything adverse to my conditions, internally, or topically. This brand offers good value.
