Puritan's Pride Triple Strength Coral Calcium 1500 mg-120 Capsules

Other calcium supplements tend to make me constipated, so I thought I would try Coral Calcium. So far, no constipation and my doctor is happy I am getting more calcium in my diet.

Good product

I've been taking Coral Calcium for 20+ years and even had a orthopedic doctor recommend it to me while on it. I'm very depended & devoted on keeping my body calcium rich. Two problems I have is #1 I wish this product included vitamin D3 and Magnesium in it in the correct balance for Calcium absorption and #2 I wish company would let me know when the stock is low so I don't run out. It really takes awhile to get back up to par when you run out and can't get resupplied for 3 months or so.

My Dr wanted me to start taking Calcium, so I picked this since I use Puritan Pride

I thought I would try these as they were a capsule. I'm on my 2nd bottle, very messy. You open the bottle, touch these and they are covered with white powder. In each bottle there is lots of calcium dust. I'll finish, but won't buy again.
