Choline and Inositol have been part of my supplement lineup for many years. The two principal active ingredients (while the front label states it as 500mg without the breakdown) in these Amazing Formulas caplets are each in proper 250mg quantities, which is great, because not all brands do that. The delivery was quick and, as is often the case, WalMart had the best pricing.

This wasnt in my box delivered as stated. this was missing. I got batteries, and Valerian tea, no Choline and Inosotol I ordered.
