I did a lot research on this. Then gave try. I take this an creatine. Has sever joint shoulder pain for 6 months. Icy Hot day after day.Been on this for 5 weeks. Severe bowl movements. Only downside. Make sure drink a lot of water. A lot. Pain after 5 weeks. Gone.
