goodbye metallic aftertaste
an easy way to add creatine if you don't care for the taste of creatine powders, which I find to have a metallic aftertaste. the dosing isn't as much in the capsules, which would require me to take 7 capsules to get the lowest recommended dose for muscle health. I take them in addition to the powered to boost to the benefits to my brain.

Seems good so far, but did not realize the serving size is 5 capsules

good brand good product
The only reason I didn't give 4 stars is because the serving size is 5 capsules, thats alot to swallow... I knew this getting into it, and I only take 2 a day. nice to be able to take on the go or traveling. give it a shot, can always open the capsules into a shake or whatever, too.
