Vitamatic Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) 500mg, 120 Capsule

I have recently been studying how important B1 is, especially at larger doses in the right form. I think this product is already starting to help with the RLS Ihave suffered with for years. I recommend this product.

It can take months sometimes to know if a nutritional supplement is doing you good or bad. Having said that, I can say that after taking 1 capsule yesterday along with my daily D3, I feel great today with a little less stress than my usual Friday doings. So, my review is based on the size/type of the capsule and the printed label. The size makes it easy to swallow or open it up to mix food. The 500mg (42% DV) makes it a true "supplement" to the foods I eat and not a massive load of vitamin. One per day will provide all I need, even if I was a little shy on B1 to begin with. The other ingredients include magnesium stearate, and I need more magnesium, but since it's a "other ingredient" I don't know how much is in the capsule. I usually get a case of the running mimis when I take magnesium, but these don't do that to me, so there must not be too much in there.

These Vitamatic Vitamins goes down easy and no worries about them getting stuck in your throat. I haven't been taking them very long so I can't really say the effect they have other than to say I haven't had any negative effects.

I've only taken it a week, but have had no adverse effects, and do feel my energy is slightly increased. I would have preferred a review after two months of taking it, but already, I do feel I will likely purchase this product again.
