Folic acid suggested by specialist.
A specialist suggested 3 mg folate for my wife and this was the largest non prescription dose I could find. It came promptly and in good condition. The pills are small and that helps my wife to swallow them.

Swanson vitamins the ultimate
swanson vitamins and in particular nature's blend folic acid 1000mcg is the one to go for, as it's hard for any other brand or product come close in comparison for quality and price combined

I was sent the incorrect item. It was supposed to be 1000mg of Folic Acid, instead I received 100mg of B1 I am in the process of returning this item
