This is the only company I know that still gives you real ferrous sulfate It differs from just plan iron pills because you get a purer form of iron without all the additives that just plan iron pills have in them and these additives can upset your stomach and or cause other issues

I ordered these until I can get my regular Rx from my doctor. This is the best price I found for the amount. I'm a little confused why there's calcium in this being they tell you to take separately from calcium b/c it interferes w/ iron absorption. But I guess it's such a minute amount it doesn't make a difference, but then why add it at all? 🤔 lol They should've just combined it w/ Vitamin C being that's best for iron absorption, but they must have a reason for formulating it the way they do. 🤷🏽 I've been taking 325mg every other day per my Dr's instructions and it did truly make such a huge difference. I didn't know a simple vitamin deficiency could make you feel so ill and out of sorts, I thought I had something more seriously wrong with me. This helped w/ my fatigue and other symptoms enormously, and this particular brand was a great bargain find.
