The only thing after taking this pill is a weird taste when belching. Other than that I hope this is increasing my iron. I haven't had lab work yet since I have only been using the product for about a month. No other side effects besides the weird taste when belching.

This works better then taking iron and vitamin C separately. I couldn't bring up my Iron stores until I started taking this. It's nice to not have to take a separate Vitamin C pill to aid in Iron absorption but be warned that the aftertaste burps may linger for the rest of the day. They are quite unpleasant, but I will still be finishing this bottle at least.
