Good addition at the Price to try.
I just started taking this, so too early to determine overall effectiveness for me. However research shows to be a quality product, has enough pills to last a while, and easy to swallow.

Good stuff
I didn't notice a taste to these at all. I do think they are helping my energy levels and I'm less sore after exercise.

I've only just started taking these, but want people to know they are Big! I can easily take a handful of pills the size of a multivitamin, but these I need to be fully awake for. They are gelcaps, so they do go down easy with water, but they are, well, just big.
