I've had migraines for over 40 years. My neurologist pot me on a preventive medicine but i still have some occasionally. He recommended this and it has helped a great deal.

Proceed with caution
This is my third bottle of this brand and type. I will be continuing to buy this as I have had the best results with it. I highly recommend the Nutricost line in general.

Methylated is hard to find
I went to the store to find it a thousand times. ok more like 4 had to order it even though it showed in stock every time. it got here fast but the smell and taste are off

I started taking this multivitamin with another supplement and I think it's a good product and works recommend to other's.
