Melatonin has mag stearate so returned
I didn't open this, returned without a problem. Recently found out I may have alpha gal so can't have mag stearate if from animal origin. I just returned it instead of contacting manufacturer about it. This has always been a good brand for me.

Trustworthy, 3rd party tested brand. 3 MG is sometimes hard to find.

Melatonin, is it for you?
This seems to work for me. I'm trying to beat the cortisol in me. I might need 0.5 mg, this comes in 3mg tabs. I CAN cut it or just take the 3mg amount. Lotsa tabs, lower than expected cost. Good deal.
