Pretty good compared to other brands. Doesn't mix the best in water or juice but tastes better than others. I've tried many other brands and seems to be the best for the cost over the counter. Will buy again.

Got this to help with muscle recovery and IBS symptoms. I used a pill form from another brand and it helped with muscle soreness. I wanted to try a bigger dose to help with my IBS so I got this. I have tried it on and off a few times. Every time I try it, I feel very sick, nausea, bloating, gas diarrhea, fatigue. I don't know what's in this or what the source is. The serving size for this stating 1 g of L glutamine is similar size to other brands 5g serving. I'm bummed I'm stuck with suck a huge container. The only other thing that gives me extreme symptoms like this product is high doses of berberine.

The bottle was mislabeled. It could be recall due to the mislabeling.
