My sister's doctor recommended Quercetin to her when she had a mild case of covid. I never heard of it. Looked it up and discovered it helps reduce inflammation in the body especially the lungs. I have severe asthma and talk with my doctor about it. Been on it for over 4 years. This brand does not contain corn or any corn by products.

Quercetin is helpful with heart flow and good for your eyes. Right now I am concerned about the blood vessels behind my retina if possibly clogged due to my diabetes. Quercetin is supposed to be helpful with blood flow and unclogging arteries. I have off and taken Quercetin and always this particular brand. - Joan

In follow-up research, I learned that Quercetin has significant anti-viral properties. I continued taking these Quercetin supplements after the COVID pandemic passed and I have experienced noticeably reduced rates of viral infection.

It's a good value! You have to watch how many capsules equal the mg. This one is great, one capsule is equal to the 500mg dosage.

I don't have a clue if this stuff is doing what it is supposed to. All I know is I feel good and have no issues.

From what I have researched quercetin is pretty much the same quality regardless of the brand. This brand seemed to be the most reasonable in price. I have not taken it yet and that is why I gave it a four star instead of five. During my research, I discovered that it does interact with blood thinners such as warfarin, and I would have to work carefully with my doctor or coagulation clinic if I started it. It appears that it has many health benefits. I am looking forward to trying it, however, I am not looking forward to the additional blood work and adjusting my blood thinner dosage.

I always count on Walmart for my health supplements. The price and selection is good and the deliveries are prompt.

How do I know if it really works? I have no camplaints.
