Amla for Cholesterol - easy to swallow
Amla capsules are a godsend. You don't get the bitter taste of just plain powder, they're working for me to lower my cholesterol, and they're reasonably priced.

Amla arrived promptly. Just started taking it a few days ago, so I don't know yet if it will work as I expected. But so far no ill effects.
