What I like best about the Amberen Perimenopause Relief is the easy to swallow capsules. Sometimes I prefer to open the capsules and pour the supplement onto a spoon. However, the ingredients are safe, but are mostly B-vitamins which my body desperately needs while I’m going through these unpredictable, perimenopause changes. Now, these capsules come in separate packets. One is a white color, but smaller in size, and the other is purple, but medium in size. One of each must be taken per day. So, I love to take these capsules first thing in the morning after breakfast, in order to give me an early start in providing that relief that I so desperately would need, throughout the day, and the night when those unexpected perimenopause symptoms do occur. I also love that it relieves me of those symptoms that I experienced the most, such as those hot flashes and night sweats. I also do rest much better at nighttime, and have more energy through the daytime. I love the Amberen Multi-Symptom Perimenopause Relief Capsules because it gives relief for those irritable hot flashes, night sweats, and also calms my moodiness. I love it, and I’m so glad it helps with all my various symptoms.

This worked so great for the bloating, stress, and energy. I've never had any hot flashes or mood swings but I've been really tired and bloated a lot. These pills have really helped. After a few days I started to have more energy. It also helped the bloating in about the third day. I noticed I didn't feel as stressed too.

I was hesitant to try this, but the relief for multi-symptoms in a simple capsule swayed me. After reading the instructions I realized this is two capsules per day. Take one white capsule and one purple capsule every morning after breakfast. I do not eat a lot for breakfast, but following the instructions and taking these capsules right after eating breakfast food – they did not upset my stomach. The purple capsule measures about ¾” long. The white capsule measures about 5/8” long. Both capsules are packaged in a blister pack. Contains vitamins E and five varieties of vitamin B, also contains calcium. I really like the Vitamin E and calcium additions. I do not like that it contains monosodium glutamate (MSG). In my family, my spouse avoids MSG due to allergy reactions, but I do not, so I tried it. The ingredients also include gelatin, so this is not for those following a vegan diet. After using Amberen Multi-Symptom for over a week now, I am noticing some positive improvements in cooler sleeping temperatures and a more get it done type of energy level. The positive influences in energy and the ability to actually sleep will be really nice changes in my daily life.

Really did not to admit I needed these. But I have not been feeling as good as I should have. Super tried, not sleeping and high stress. Thought it was due to being stuck at home but one week in taking Amberen and I feel great. Getting old is not fun, so its nice to have something to help you out.

Amberen Multi-Symptom Perimenopause Relief 60ct according to the box is for someone in the early stages of menopause which works not be me as I am in full menopause. I was leary to take dibs box indicates it will help restore period regularity and I am not looking for that. Otherwise if you are looking for relief from night sweats, hot flashes, sleeplessness this is for you.

Even after taking these pills for thr recommended duration, no noticeable changes have been noted. The pills are easy to swallow and do not leave a bad taste in your mouth.
