Amdro Ant Block Home Perimeter Insect Killer Bait, 24 Ounce, Powder

I live in an old trailer with all kinds of cracks and crevices. Hundreds of ants were invading my home in every single room! I've never seen so many! They'd swarm the tiniest crumb in the floor it was that bad! And They just kept coming! I put this around my home along with the terro borax bait stations inside. They're completely GONE! I'm so impressed by this product.

This stuff works!!! I had an ant problem all around the outside of my house. They were seen crawling up the side of the house and on my patio. They even made it in sometimes. I put this stuff around the outside perimeter of my entire house like they said to do. I pulled up the straw in the flower beds and put it there too. I also put extra all in my lawn as well. The result: A week or so later NO MORE ANTS! Boy am I a very happy camper.

We have a large stone deck around our pool area and the ants love to move their colony into that sandy beneath the stones. The ants also surrounded our house and began making their way in by infiltrating the foundation and wall areas. I used this Amdro for Big Headed Ants by applying a ten-foot-wide perimeter around the house and pool deck. it did not take long for the bait to work, and it was evident by the huge rafts of dead ants in the pool. That was a downside but easily skimmed out and the Benefits Certainly outweighed the minor inconvenience. I am about to reapply for this season and know, without doubt, we will be ant free for the summer.

I, by my own mistake, ordered the wrong kind of ant poison, But Glad I Did!! I didn't have fire ants, I usually do in the back yard but unless they have a huge hill or get out of hand with too many ant hills, I don't kill them, use to all the time, but the fire ants will kill termites. But I had the little tiny ants, any country folks know what kind of ants we call them lol "P" ants, BUT I'm glad I poo ordered the wrong kind, this poison did a great job of getting rid of everyone of them! my cement driveway got cracks all throughout it this winter looked like a big maze out there, those tiny P ants made high mounds all thought out all of the cracks and had made it up to the back door, I mean, right up to it, ready to come in the house within just 3 days of working out there, they were fast! but the poison was faster!! within a couple of days of pouring out the granuals... (%26 I wanted liquid to pour into the cracks)...they were Gone! I was just going to pour that poison on top of the mounds while I ordered some liquid, but like I was saying in a couple days, there was Not Any Ants to be seen and in less than a week, all those mounds had turned to an ash color, it killed the eggs on top and the ants underneath! glad I ordered it even if was by accident! will order more, just in case I see any more anywhere!

This product, if applied correctly, is by far the best ant control solution because it's not a "pesticide" but a bait that, in a few days, will get rid of the queen and the whole ant colony. It doesn't work instantly because the poison is carried by ants inside their colony, which ends up killing all of them after a short time. Using the appropriate bait is by far the best type of solution. I live just beside a wooded area, and over time, I have learned how to control insects.

Stops Ants from coming when spreading the derimeter of your home. I can only do the front of my apt because the 1 side is on a hill. You can put behind you stove and fridge, behind washer and dryer. My problem was the kitchen since the kitchen is facing the back where I can't put it on the outside.

Worked like a charm - I was amazed! I sprinkled around a Black-Red Ant hill Outdoors at my brother's house. It was getting really big and the ants were everywhere, and one crawled up inside my pants and bit me. Really painful and swelled to the size of an orange... really big! When I went back a week later, all the granules were gone and there were no ants in sight.... They were all gone. As per the instructions the hill/nest should be visited in about a month or so to make sure none of the workers or the queen survived the initial application. I put some granules in his backyard where are carpenter ants, and also some small black ants. We'll see how that goes. And I bought another bottle to use at my own house...fingers crossed!

I found myself needing to use this product more frequently than I initially expected, but overall, I was very pleased with its effectiveness. I combined it with another ant killer, starting with a liquid bait, and then I sprinkled this product in areas that the bait might not cover, as the ant problem in my yard was quite severe. I strategically placed some around the trash bin, and it successfully eliminated every and and insect in that vicinity. I genuinely appreciate this product and plan to use it again in the future.

Read reviews for this product online. I live in central Florida and have had an ant problem for years that got out of control. About a year and a half ago my kitchen counters were covered with tiny ants. Nothing worked. Finally I bought this and sprinkled it around the outside walls of my house and within days the ants were gone. I haven't had a problem since but I'm seeing a few ants lately so I'm applying it again.

absolutely works! all traces of a severe ant infestation were gone in a week. it's been 2 more weeks since then, and not an ant in sight. I have it 4 stars, because although it warns about pets, I found out it actually ATTRACTS my dogs. the smell is very appealing to them and they will absolutely seek it out. I did some exterior trails and ended up having to go back and pour bleach over them because it's the first place my dogs went to when they went outside.
