I liked it, it will depend on your situation. My bee's (as most) had holes they dug into the cedar and I had to spray them down alot at first but, I figured out/learned that they sleep in the holes and sometimes around the hole so i would spray the nest (more or less), just before sun down; and that seemed to eliminate them. I was happy, the bee's appear to be gone. i had four different spots they nested in.
We used this last year and this is the second year of purchasing. Works great and within three days they were all gone! We used it for the carpenter bees.
only works in Holes they had just started on my wood bench and I put it everywhere I could didn't have that many holes but I have not seen any since so I do recommend this product
This product does work great.. I also purchased it last year. You will have to keep up with applications as directed. Note to manufacturer…I ordered 5 of these cans… 3 cans had no straw..the product is not usable without the straw…I will have to re-use the 2 straws for the cans with missing straws …Please package the straw better..it is only on the can with tape..
Works on carpenter bees but you have to be able to teach the nest holes or otherwise you are just shooting stuff into the air and not getting any of the carpenter bees
This Amdro foam is messy to use, and there seems to be a LOT of wasted foam, as it takes only a millisecond before much of the foam is coming out all over the place. This foam does work to kill the carpenter bees on contact, but I don't think it has a residual effect. I don't think it is any better than the Raid Wasp %26 Hornet spray, which also kills them on contact (but also with no residual effect). Since the Raid is much less expensive, I will stick to that. Honestly, putting up a fake hornet's nest (gray Walmart plastic bag stuffed full of other bags or paper or whatever) nearby seems to do just as well - or better.
I noticed 3 bore holes on the roof beam on my new cabin, so I order this product. I sprayed each hole. Later I noticed another carpenter bee entering the hole. I sprayed in the hole again while the bee was in the hole. In the past 2 weeks, I have sprayed inside the hole numerous times, but the bees continue to enter the holes, so I spray once they enter the hole. This goes on all day. Yesterday, a bee exited the hole, covered in foam; so I covered him with more foam. He fell to the ground and walked away. This product does not kill the bees and it does not deter them from re-entering the holes. I might as well be spraying whipped cream in the holes. Unfortunately, I bought 2 can of this WORTHLESS JUNK! I will probably return them. I hope that I can.
Doesn't work on bees or the ants. If you have to spray up in a drilled carpenter bee hole? Forget it. As you spray, the foam just falls down. Useless waste of money. Sticking with Raid. Heck of a lot cheaper too.
Didn't work!! I used it several times on my deck where I would see the carpenter bees chipping away at my deck ...I sprayed and repeated several times...IT Didn't work! A waste of money. I bought two cans...so frustrated!
I never even got my product. You guys really need to STOP using OnTrac to deliver packages. They are the worst. Will be filling a BBB complaint.
