My only suggestion is to make the color darker to block more sunlight and help preserve the water longer. Otherwise, it's a great product! I like how sturdy the handles are, how the lids are secure but not too hard to remove and my favorite feature is the bottom hole that allows you to stack them on top of each other. Water is essential for emergencies and cheap to prepare. Don't overlook this product!
I thought the shape and ability to be stacked was interesting. I bought 6 (5 gal) containers. They seem to work as advertised. They take up less space than standard 5 gal containers and I am able to have 2x the amount of water in the same space as I would with the standard size.
I used one for a desire to make it easy for residents in my Assisted Living facility to get rid of their spare change and visitors to contribute to our Annual Alzheimers Fund..... it has been quite a success.... I also use one on my balcony which has a lot of plants....I have some one full it up partially and carry it out to the balcony turn It on it's side and I don't have to go back and forth for the water it takes to tend my plants... gave 2 others to my kids and heaven only know what they are using them for
* Sturdy * Easy to clean out and came with no "plastic odor". * I will purchase these again. * A good water storage container if you aren't expecting to have move it too often. ________ My impressions_______ * You may want to fill them where they'll be stored, 5 gallons is pretty heavy! *I don't know that I would stack these very high for the same reason. * They may be awkward to pour from if you aren't strong enough to handle the weight.
I like this jug a lot better than the original ones, round…bulky, took up to much space and not an easy task for someone as short as the water cooler! These stack so they aren’t taking up too much space, the handle makes installation much more manageable for us vertically challenged people. 🤣
Easy to carry, spave saving. Have been using gallon water that I already had to fill the 5 gallon bottle. Took it to WalMart to fill up for thw 1st time today and was pleasantly surprised by the cost (46 cents a gallon) versus buying it by the gallon!
There are water storage systems that cost thousands of dollars, require an army of plumbers to install, and weigh thousands of pounds. Then there is this gem. Inexpensive, lightweight, portable. Find a closet or corner, and you are doing the %231 most important thing to prepare yourself and your family if disaster strikes. You can move these vessels around to sweep and mop the floor. Buy one or two every so often, fill it with good water, and before you know it you will have a substantial amount of water when you really need it. By the way, if it takes years before you use the water in these bottles, just put them into direct sunlight for one or two days. Experts have said that the sun will sanitize water through this type of transparent plastic.
Very nice bottle for refilling water from water stations at stores. Bottles are designed so they could be stacked one on top of another, but haven't tried that with full bottles. Because of that design the pump's straw for delivering water from the bottle won't go to the bottom in the center of the bottle...it needs to be routed to the side of the center "hump". Still works well though
Great water jug, but be aware that the threaded opening is 53mm wide, not the universal 55mm. Any caps or spigots that are meant for the universal fit will not work. This is not necessarily a deal breaker. As I said, the water jug itself is very good.
does not fit Brio 530 water dispenser. I had already filled it to hook up to my new brio the top was not the right size and I can't return it because I've already used it and I have two of them . went to Brio website and ordered 2 there
