American Maid - Stackable & Refillable Water Gallon (3gal)

I bought this to use with my LetPot hydroponics system. It's great for the auto water mode. Reg gallons bottles didn't hold enough and it would shut off. This is perfect for my needs. Oh and yes I did get a lid, it was taped on.

Love the size as it is easier to carry. I get my drinking water from a spring and this replaces 3 gallon sized containers. The only drawback is that they are not stackable when full.

Very beautifully balanced!Weather your caring it,or loading into your crock it's so awesome I bought 3 more! the round ones are better for the optics, but find them unruly very hard to load and even harder to put into the crock..these are so very convenient.

Made well, strong, stackable and the handle is very handy. At first I didn't like the square shape. However, square is much better for small storage areas and saves space.

Love these bottles.. they stack well. Also since square they done roll easily. Easy to fill don't leak. Handles good grip. When put in water bottle put into receptacle you can store the lid on top.

PRO--inexpensive, BPA free, 3 gallon is good size. CON--My only issue is that the store carries two slightly differently shaped bottles, both with the same UPC code. One version--the neck is short, the stack space on the bottom is shallow, and the shoulder is level. The other version--the neck is tall, the stack spot on the bottom is deep, and shoulder is tapered. If you get two of the SAME shaped bottles they stack nicely, but if you get one of each, then the flat shouldered one doesn't fit well on top of the tapered shouldered. Make sure both are EXACTLY the same, or they won't stack well. Also--if you get the flat shouldered one, it is more difficult to empty it completely. Very confusing because they are the same UPC code.

No lid when I received shipment - who sells water bottles without lids I should have read the 1 star reviews since Walmart has been consistently shipping without lids - this is dangerous because how would you know if someone put some poisonous substance in the bottle since it's not sealed. Returning immediately.

I have ordered 7 of these. Yes, they stack when empty. Three of the caps broke, two in shipment, one in use. The caps are a thin plastic and are easily cross threaded. Then the bottles must be discarded. These are junk.
