American Maid - Stackable & Refillable Water Gallon (3gal)

Perfect for my purposes - I'm older so a 5 gallon is too heavy once full. The 3 gallon is perfect for the stand I'm using. Opening is standard size so my electric dispenser works beautifully. This is much less labor intensive than using a P U R filter / pitcher with tap water, and I can get water that tastes far better this way.

Love the size as it is easier to carry. I get my drinking water from a spring and this replaces 3 gallon sized containers. The only drawback is that they are not stackable when full.

I bought this to use with my LetPot hydroponics system. It's great for the auto water mode. Reg gallons bottles didn't hold enough and it would shut off. This is perfect for my needs. Oh and yes I did get a lid, it was taped on.

Mines came with wrapped lids 👍

We bought this to store water in case of an emergency. In rural areas like ours, we are dependent on our well to provide water and it's possible that a well pump can fail. These containers are stackable %26 refillable and of course keep our family safe in case of an emergency.

These bottles were exactly what I was looking for I like the square shape and the price was fantastic these bottles were exactly what I was looking for I like the square shape and the price was fantastic

I have several of these jugs now. We use RO water for drinking/cooking/fish care and these are small enough to be easily portable. Combined a water pump on two of these for easy filling of drinking bottles and cooking pots.

Nice looking bottles and easy to carry and conveniently stackable which saves room space. I bought these because I'm a senior and can no longer load those 5 gallon water bottles into my cooler. This was a life saver for me. I wish they would've made the top round instead of rectangular. If you've ever try putting a rectangular piece into a round hole, then you know what I mean. It still works but you just have to be precise in covering the receiver hole when placing the bottle in, otherwise, it could end in a disaster. That's why I gave it a 4 star instead of 5. However, customer service is top notch and received the bottles in 3 days as promised.

Lid is only a loose fitting cap. To carry this container by the handle with any more than 1-Gal. of water, the lid pops off and any water being contained more than 1-Gal. ends up on the ground. There does appear to be a single turn of a thread on the neck of the spout just below the nozzle opening. Maybe there is some kind of a threaded cap that is available, If there is it should be offered for sale with the 3-Gal. container.
