American Tourister Cascade HS 20" Carry-on Luggage

First off loved the color! Never had a hard shell case so it was nice to pack what I needed on each side since traveling to 2 different places. Easy walking with the wheels rolling in any directions, and handles were perfect for me. Going to order the smaller carry on now because I am happy with it and want the same durability for my shorter trips.

This is a great suitcase, nice color and style. It is very lightweight and can fit a lot. One side can be zipped to keep items separate from the other side than has criss cross straps. Would highly recommend.

I love the color going from a dark purple on the top down to a lavender at the bottom. Very feminine yet seems very durable. The bag itself is heavy, so I hope it does not add too much weight to my total at the airport.

Beautiful piece that is highly functional with room to bring all my travel essentials. Multi-directional wheels make for an easy walk to the gate. If you need solid luggage that looks great, and you want a quality piece, buy this suitcase!

It fit all my stuff for my recent trip, a whole weeks worth of clothing and I still had more room. It also fit the extra things I got while on my trip. Only downside was that the suitcase was heavier than I thought it would be and the zippers were a little sticky. But other than that, the wheels and handle gave me no problems.

Everything is what I expected but there is a metal tab missing from a zipper so that it's not easy to hold the zipper.

We used this once and the expansion zipper broke. We checked it on and it was full but the expansion zipper wasn't used nor was it stuffed. There is no reason the zipper should have broke. I applied for repair with AT website and the only repair center is 140 miles away and American Tourister will not allow you to ship to a store to have it repaired. They also want another $15 to ship it to a repair center after you deliver it to the store. All that is not worth going through for an $88 bag. We will donate it to a shelter. Super bummed but what can you do? Will never purchase this brand again.

The zipper is very rough. It feels like it's going to break the next time you use it. The listed dimensions are WRONG. This bag is oversized by 2 inches. WHY on earth does a major company like American Tourister NOT know that? Pretty bag but it's going back unfortunately. I've always had great luck with AT. Clearly things have down graded.

I bought this suitcase expecting it to last for at least a few trips, but I was extremely disappointed. After just one use, the handle completely detached, making it nearly impossible to roll or carry easily. On top of that, the zipper is not working properly, which is frustrating when trying to pack or access belongings. My sister bought two identical ones, and one of them had same issue. I am returning them.
