Americana by Elite EHB-2425BL Hand Blender with Detachable Wand - Blue

I wasn't to sure about this till I bought it & used it. This kitchen gadget is great! You get lump free gravy very easy, great for whipping eggs, butter, whipping cream, cream soups & alot less hassle then bringing out the blender or mixer. I liked it so well I bought one for my daughter & granddaughter.

Works well, but convex portion is very shallow which makes mixing foods more difficult, but only a little.

I bought 4 of these for my daughter's for Christmas. They are nice and sturdy. Can't wait to give them out.

Slightly large and somewhat noisy. Minor considerations for the price. Does a good job blending stuff.

Using second time in one week, smell electric burn on the food whatever you are mixing. smell burning

When I bought this I didn't know it was plastic on half of it. Plastic will break to easy so I'll c.

Worked ok for a few days and then stopped. Couldn't handle the few soft peices of fruit and smelled like it was burning. Disassembled it and waited for it to cool down. No good, dead.

This doesn't perform well. It's all plastic and smells of burning electronics. Poor construction not reliable

Clips that hold the two pieces together break very easy. it is very difficult to position the thing corectly to lock the two pieces together. i would not have bought this if i would have realized how flimsy it was
