Makes my legs feel alot better. Better sleep
I've been using this product for 3 weeks now. And I recommend to take it at night for sleep. My legs usually feel really sorry when I'm driving in my vehicle. But when I take this my leg soreness is hardly even noticable. I feel alot better and good for sleep. Don't take in morning it might make you tired. That's just my experience.
