ancestry kit
just received my package that was outside the screen door which I asked and put it in the notes for the driver to put my package inside my screen door but didn't just put it on the ground in front of my screen door and took a picture

Fast and Free Delivery
received fast and free deliver in plenty of time for Christmas (a gift for my son-in-law. My daughter got one and really enjoyed this so my son in law thought he might like it as well so he is getting this one. It was delivered in no time at all. very impressive.

Not a lot of confidence in information provided.
Got initial profile with some unexpected results. A couple months later, got a follow up profile, with results more in line, but significantly different from original. I'm glad these people aren't doing DOJ profiles that decide the outcome of Court Cases.

Used items sent to customer. 😡
Purchased this item online, conducted the test and sent it off, when I went to add the kit to ancestry website they said the kit number had already been used. Ancestry customer service said that is a Walmart issue. Very disappointed. Need help fixing this problem.
