Anchor Hocking 6-Piece Glass Kitchen Food Storage Set with Red Lids

I love these bowls! I have many of these and they are great for storing leftovers, reheating in the microwave,and even freezing meals! So much better than plastic ware!

These are great bowls ,they fit inside one another so very little storage space and are heavy duty .would definatly would recomment to anyone ..great price too worth every penny

Exactly what I was looking for

I use these to pack a salad lunch every day for work, and to store dinner left overs. You can microwave left overs, or place them in an oven. I actually bought the 21 piece set a year ago and they've kept up pretty well -- including the seal. I am bought this set of 3 because I left my large bowl from my 21 set at work overnight, and the next day it was gone. So there you have it, these are so good people will steal them if left unattended.

I got the 12-piece set for Christmas, so far I really enjoy them. I like how I can use them as a regular bowl. I eat cereal out of the biggest one and deserts in the small. It's so handy and the quality is nice to eat from. The lid fits well and is great when I pack soups. The three different sizes work perfectly for me.

Quality and price

So far so good..Sturdy glass and easy and reliable lids.

Good glass containers, but the edge of the medium one is broken. Because I purchased them online, the damage may came from the transportation progress. Nevertheless, I like these containers.

I like the Anchor bowls with lids. They are great for storage because you can see what is inside the bowls and they can be use in the microwave. They are suppose to be dishwasher proof but I put only the glass in the dishwasher, not the plastic lids. Regardless of the extra care the lids split at the edge and do not seal well enough for storage after a short time. I have looked in stores and on line and can not order just the lids. Therefore, they are not something I would buy again.

The bowls and lids perform well for about a year, then the lids stiffen, peel and crack. Anchor wants about $12/lid to replace them after taxes, duty and shipping in Canada. Poor product and terrible customer service. Look elsewhere for a quality product.
