A shipping label was created but that was it. When asked later, seller said they were having probs with carrier. UPS? Don't think so:

It can stand the heat!
I use this bowl to make nacho cheese dip. It goes from refrigerator to microwave with no problems. Works great.

Pyrex is the best!
You can't go wrong with Pyrex! A great company with a great product. I love this size...it's so good for holding leftovers. Because it's glass, it's really good for heating the leftovers in the microwave.
