I just received a few days ago so Im not sure how much it is helping my pain yet. Ive been in a flare up for a week but Ive heard many good things about this magnesium oil. Ive started massaging it into my knees,shoulders,etc. I think it is helping some already

this is my second bottle I was skeptical when I bought the first one but once I started using it I have not had cramps in my legs that are bothersome mild little trimmers but that's it I would recommend this to anybody that has cramps it is worth the price shipping was real quick

The product really works for me. It is a little hard to wash off since it is an oil. I will purchase it again. I have a torn maliscus and the oil works to receive the soreness. A friend told me about how well it works on her lower back so I tried it. Definitely a must have for me.

It seems to be helping with my muscle pain and stress. I have arthritis in my hips and knees, and it seems to help me move a little better. DO NOT put it on the bottom of your feet or they will look like leather. It seems to do fine on my legs and back.
