OLD
No that isn't mold. The chocolates are just old. Apparently it is chocolate blooming. I really enjoy this brand of chocolate. But you might have a better experience if you purchase a smaller package. The package is sealed. But I am pretty sure it was sitting in the warehouse for a LONG time. This isn't the best recommendation. But I would still recommend it.

Peanut free Chocolate Mints
My favorite thing about Andes mints, aside from the taste, is that these are peanut free chocolate candies. I keep them in the refrigerator so they do not melt. Sometimes, in shipments, they get melty, but putting them in the refrigerator solves the problem.

Candies melted during shipping
The candies had melted during shipping. The paper wrapper has chocolate on both sides that has hardened making it difficult and messy to unwrap. Many are stuck together. Chocolate candy should not be shipped by common carrier in hot vehicles! Store deliveries do not suffer this problem.

Just received my order today. Andes mints are my favorite, but not these. They are terrible. They are old and must have partly melted. There's no date anywhere on the packaging. I though I would have gotten fresh mints. Never again.

One plastic box was open and chocolates were had fallen in the box. Some chocolates were smushed and wrapper unwrapped partially for the chocolates that were out of plastic container.
