exactly what i ordered. and right on time

As much as I liked this tablet I it stopped working a month after it went into use. I still need to contact about the insurance I purchased, but I've been sick, and finally had surgery and am not recovered. If I can got this fixed, I'd robot it mostly 5 stars.

NOT 24RAM!!! battery will last between 2-4 hours on a full charge. isn't good for gaming or using it for anything besides youtube. keyboard and mouse works as they should but this isn't a tablet pc. ONN tablets way better!!!! if you snag the onn 16ram 128gb tablet it will be worth your money VS this crap!!!!!

I paid for a professional setup and never got it. I was told to contact Angi, I did, ANGI said they did not do that for that model. angi said I needed to contact Walmart for one of there other contracted experts to come set it up so therefore we have not ever discovered how good the machine maybe. I paid $50.00 for that service Xtra. I was also supposed to get years of protection from breakage for the other $50.00 that I paid I haven't seen any confirmation on any of that. can't leave a photo of these complaints because I never received them

Junk!! Don't waste your money on this tablet. The battery on this tablet does not take a charge. It worked out of the box new and was fully charged, but after first use and attempts to recharge the battery is still dead.

it has alot of flaws don't work like it said it would

The battery was terrible right out of the box. It drained extremely fast while I was just trying to set it up and wouldn't hold a charge no matter what I tried. For a brand-new tablet, this was really disappointing and frustrating. I wouldn't recommend it.

i can't get it to charge. the tablet or the keyboard. it could b bc it was left on my porch all day in near zero temp. so hopefully they will replace it instead of returning it
