Good flavor works great on any kind of meat and makes good crunchy french fries. we use it as a dry batter sprinkled on.

HOLDS UP WELL
I love this breading for my fish. It cooks up very well and it has good coloring and it has never disappointed me. Been a fan of this product for many years.
