Andy's Seasoning Yellow Fish Breading, 10 oz, Crunchy Texture, Ideal for Coatings & Batters

Flavor is good on catfish that was deep fried. Easy to use with the right amount to bread meat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use but not spicy fish breading as we don't like spicy food. My family is fond of catfish so I dip the pieces in egg then the fish breading. I put on a baking tray sprayed with cooking spray and a little olive oil. Put in the oven at 425 turn over when browned on one side and brown on the other side. Always a crispy tasty meal.

I have used many other fish breadings and this is, in my opinion, the very best. I cannot understand one other reviewer's commenting that it was "too spicy". What I like most about Andy's is that has a wonderful cornmeal taste without being overly spicy and overpowering the fish flavor. Have used Andy's, and only Andy's, for years after I found that a big name brand completely swamped the delicate fish flavor.

we use and it's the best! The best fish we've tried is Basa Swai. This is good stuff folks and my only other wish about the product is that it was sold it in the store. We normally buy 4-5 bags online.

Even though I ordered the white instead of the yellow package, it's still peppery not spicy hot as the yellow but more pepper than I remembered in the white package. Just thought somebody else should know when they order this otherwise it works as well and I like the product I use in the past especially when you use it on catfish

I bought this today to make some flounder. It said traditional corn meal and was next to the cajun one, so I thought this would be relatively bland. We don't care for spicy foods. All I can say is, wow - if this is traditional, I can't imagine how spicy cajun would be! My whole family commented on how hot this was. We aren't fans, but if you like spicy food, this is a good breading.

i ordered the large bag, got charged for the large bag, but received the small 10 oz bag.
