Ann Clark Super Red Food Coloring Gel Extra Large 13.5 oz Professional Grade Made in USA

After using liquid food coloring in my baking for years I have just recently began using this gel form and this brand is so much nicer to use and it requires so much less than the liquid. I won't use the liquid in my red velvet cakes anymore.

This is by far the best red for coloring I have used. I didn't have to try any of the "tricks" to get it a good red color. couldn't believe it. will definitely use again and try some other colors that are hard to achieve.

This red food coloring is rich and easy to work with. I like the brightness of the color and how easily it incorporates into the icing, although it does take more coloring than I expected, so this tube won't last long.
