this little bike is a great bike. th we battery life is really good. the bike is very sturdy and well constructed. its got 3 speed settings and it has a top speed of 22mph. i bought it for my son and he loves it. the only problem i had is with the locking mechanism where the bike folds in half. when I got it, the mechanism was scarred up like it had been. i undid the bike to show my son how to fold the bike and secure it back in the riding position.And I couldn't get it to go back in to the locked position. so I emailed walmart and I emailed the seller of the bicycle and I was met with great customer service from the bicycle dealer. i took a few pictures to show them what the problem was. And they sent me out a brand new locking mechanism and everything that went to it.Immediately. this bike is a great purchase for the money.He can't beat it to be honest. as far as a starter bike for younger people or you know, a beginner adult is a perfect bike. It's a perfect bike even if you've ridden one before and you just want a cheap little get around bicycle. can highly recommend this biked, anyone looking to get into the e bike scene.

So the biggest problem here was that it came with some damage on the metal frame, the seat is not comfortable when I go through speed bumps but that could be the shocks so they are there for show. Also, it's inconvenient to have two keys to operate the electric bike, so if you forget one key, the electric bike is useless, the max speed is 20 mph but it does not even reach the capacity that it says which is 20 mph.

bike is nice, ordered one and screen was busted, waited a month for the return to finally order another one and the same piece was broken, not busted.

Back tire came flat and damaged constantly going flat and to replace Tre tires it's 188 a piece sucks for me

Frame clamp is so tight it broke, cell phone holder snapped, seat post clamp would not completely tighten no matter how many times I adjusted it (didn't want to snap it), unfortunately tried everything to get the frame clamp to close and it did snap in the process. I probably won't buy another folding frame bike. I can't comment on the bikes power or ride feel (brakes,suspension,etc) as I was unable to test drive because the frame could not be clamped back together once I finally got it opened. So buyers beware!

Took directly out of the box. Assembled. Turned on. Got 17 error code - motor. Looked at the motor and found these parts defective.

asked for one color and received a different color.

rear inner wheel gear box is missing screws causing disc break to spin, make a horrible grinding noise and miss gears while riding. I'm pretty sure all thats wrong with it are these small specific missing screws but the fact they are missing makes it unrideable. Would have been awesome if it worked correctly, but now I'll probably just return it.

I didn't get my product. Some delivery guy change the shipping label to another walmart package and give me a wrong order. I will order again let's see what i will get this time

This bike arrived with the speedometer damaged and inoperable. The glass on display panel was broken upon delivery due to no protective cushioning around the speedometer. I not received a response from the pending claim.
