APC APCRBC110 UPS Replacement Battery Cartridge #110

My original battery finally bit the dust after 10+ years. Ordered the new battery and it worked perfectly. Exact replacement for the old battery. Easy to order and timely arrival. No hassels. The unit has worked great for years and we have a LOT of power outages with our electric supplier. Great product.

Glad I could resurrect my UPS with this battery. It was a little larger than the original but worked perfectly.

I've had the original unit for a decade, at least. It became inadequate for my PC, so I moved it to the router so that we still have connectivity during power outages about 9 years ago. It performed fine until just now in 2020 when we had to replace the battery. I'm looking forward to another decade of use. Replacement was pretty easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] APC Smart UPS 1000, upgraded to a 1500 have been used for years for my computers with a few battery replacements, the 1500 still working. Now thls smaller UPS p-apcrbc110 battery is used with a smaller Back-UPS 600 for desk lights and soon for a 55" Samsung SmartTV 4K to be installed on a wall. The Back-UPS 600 was given to me by a neighbor, needing a new battery, now powering and surge protecting with the new p-apcrbc110 battery.

New battery is working fine. I did learn the way to remove the old battery is to turn the unit so the battery just falls out. The new battery has a different model number and the battery label was on the backside when installed instead of facing out.

I bought an APC battery and it is now happily working away at powering my computer with no performance issues. The only issue I had was getting the wires done and that may have been something to do with me rather than the actual wires as I found it confusing and frustrating to put them on correctly so I had to have my father do it for me. Now that it is correctly done and working, all is well.

For the second time in more than ten years, I bought and installed a replacement battery. Promptly delivered, easy enough to install. However, this latest battery was way more expensive than the previous replkacement some five years ago...

Battery seems used. New batter died within a week. Tested voltage with Multimeter and only had 5.9V.
