I usually get this product at pet stores. I purchased this time from Walmart due to the larger size available and the price.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] API water conditioner is excellent for preparing your aquarium water, providing almost immediate clarity and ensuring optimal performance. It features easy-to-follow instructions, and its packaging is practical and ideal—guaranteeing high quality.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works just as it should declorinates water and allows it to be good for my fish. I have corydoras and plecos in a planted tank and I use this with every top off. I like that the bottle has a screw on cap because I find others leak and product gets wasted. This one I get full use of so I am willing to pay a little more for the design. All in all though it does what I need and has great packaging.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the API Tap Water Conditioner often for my fish tank and it always works great at getting the job done by keeping my fish safe from harmful chemicals in the water. Comes in a good size bottle for a great price with easy instructions and dissolves fast in the water.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this water conditioner for our fish tank. You only use 1 mL for the size of our tank, so it will last forever. Love the convenient measuring tool in the cap. The water is nice and clear and the fish are still alive!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this tapwater conditioner for my tank. It’s so easy to use and it makes it easy to be able to acclimate your fish better to its new tank. And the price is also great! So happy with it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved how easy it was to use. The cap had a built in measuring cup so it takes out all the guesswork and makes it super easy. It keeps my water clean and clear and my fish are happy. This product allows me to add tap water to my tank and balances without the guesswork. I am so thankful for receiving this product in exchange for my honest review. Thank you Influenster!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this product so that we could test it with my fiancé’s fish tank, and I am happy to report that his fish are thriving with this water conditioner. It was easy to use. The instructions were very clear, and we mixed with the water and then cycled it into the fish tank. The fish were happy and healthy even days/weeks later. I haven’t noticed any sort of odors. It’s easy to store because it’s a tall skinny bottle, so it fits in a little corner of our plant/animal cabinet. Overall, we’re quite pleased with how this product has enhanced our fish tank.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I actually use this to remove any chlorine, chloramines, or heavy metals that might be present in my tap water before watering my plants. My Monsteras are just fussy in general. But it is very important to give purified water to most if not all carnivorous plants, because otherwise their roots can get damaged since they naturally grow in nutrient starved soil.
I used this product in my koi pond, when adding more water to the pond. I have had this pond for 4 years and do routine maintenance. I came out the next day to feed my koi and all 5 were dead. I have had aquariums and ponds most of my life and am 70 years old, so am very knowledgeable in my hobby. Did absolutely nothing different, than I always have and the only possible reason for my fish dying is this product. My fish were my pets they ate out of my hand and would swim allowing me to pet them. After talking with my friend that owns an aquarium store for over 50 years agreed. I strongly advise against anyone buying from this company or this brand. I am no longer going to have a pond, am in the process of having it dismantled.
