Got this for my mom because she was unable to use Touch ID. Face ID is working great for her. Gone now is the book of 10000 passwords. Sorry no review on anything more than that but my next IPad will be a pro too.

Great IPad, very light and good screen. This IPad is very thin and durable, buy one great product.

The box came a little rough, but the device itself was fine. The condition of the iPad is amazing and the iPad itself is also amazing! I was a little concerned that this might be a scam because it is not sold by Walmart, but I can confirm it is not a scam and this device is absolutely amazing! Although, I think you could save quite a bit of money and just go for the M2 iPad Air.

Replacement for an older 8 inch iPad. Wife loves it. She likes larger screen size and speed as the old one was getting pokey with diminishing battery power. Transfer from old to new via the Apple iCloud went smoothly. At the time of purchase, Sam's had the best price by $20 and best availability over other online retailers.

It is a gift and has not been opened. But, I can say seller shipped package immediately and received with no issues.

I am very happy with my new IPad. It was so easy to set up. I was worried about that. I'm glad I bought the11” too. The larger one would have been too big for my needs.

I wanted to purchase a new iPad with WiFi and cellular but the purchase kept reverting back to the M2 model so I only purchased the new M4 WiFi model. Maybe Sam's site has improved their description in the last month.

Never got the IPad Walmart doesn't seem to want to give me a refund. Wouldn't really mind if it was a smaller item but this was $1000, just lost. Now I'm down $2000 to get an iPad because I had to purchase from another retailer. I really wish Walmart would just give me a refund because it was delivered to the wrong house and I cannot retrieve it.

Apple products are great to use when they work. We paid $900 for this iPad and after one and a half years it suddenly would not charge. Took it to her repair shop. They tried changing the charge port and the battery to no avail. Further diagnostics showed the processor was dead. Really $1000 device the only lasts a year and a half and Apple can only warrant it one year? Similarly we've purchased another iPad and we're having issues with it charging. For some reason, it started to charge again and has been working, but I'm concerned it will die at any time. Long and short, I don't think it's worth spending this much on an apple product if it's only gonna last just pass the warranty. Per needs you could buy a cheaper $300 iPad and throw it out when it burns up. Disappointing.
