Better than iCloud
I had some trouble to start with because Apple iOS made a change that I didn't expect. The SD card needed a DCIM folder before the card would show up in Photos. You don't have to use the folder. It just has to be there. My camera automatically adds the folder, but my drone did not. It worked as is in the file manager. Now I can dump a 1T of photos and videos to my phone from my cards and I can upload all the data from my phone to an SD card. It works will with USB-C iPhone 15 Pro.

Gets the Job Done
It works as intended and was easy to use with my MacBook. I was able to access my SD card without any issues. The main drawback is the cost compared to similar adapters. It does the job

Worth the investment
It's expensive, but it works. I tried a third party reader and while my mac would recognize it, everything was read only, no matter how many times I flipped that little switch. This one worked immediately.

Easy Way to Import Photos To An Iphone
This product performed as expected. I did have to google to find my photos, however. I had to go to the files app on my phone to find the SD card. Once I did that the process of viewing the photos was easy.

Apple Card reader
Instructions never included with these type of items. Need to run Apples disk to utility to access files. Have to figure that out on your own. Must have an adapter if you are transferring files from a mini disk.

On the left: too big. Need the end on the right.
In the past, we all took photos with our camera's that had chips. It is near difficult to get chips photos processed from Lincoln, Maine anyway. I ordered this item to download the chip photos to my ipad, but the connection is wrong. My ipad and iPhone both have lightening ports and connections. This does not have that end on it. It is too big for my ipad and iPhone ports.
