Apple Watch Series 9 41 mm Aluminum Case with Multicolor Watch Band, 1 Pack

Walmart price beat Best Buy by $50 plus they had the Apple Watch series 9 that I wanted in stock, while Best Buy was completely out of stock. Even if I had ordered from the Best Buy warehouse, it would've taken at least a week to get the watch and I would've had to pay more money.

The item is good but getting it was awful, the Walmart in south hadley MA wasn't so good. I work 2nd shift left work early to get there they close at 11pm so I said getting there by 10pm should be enough time. Got there at 9:50pm (also they need to figure out the entrance to this place because it is very confusing one entrance will send you to a dead end ask me how I know) in any case finally got there parked at 9:50pm parked and walked inside I find a helpful associate and ask where do I go for online order pickup she said I think online pick up is closed ( mine u the email for my online order pickup up says I can pick it up inside because theres some other things I need to grab while I'm there) I said huh she then call another associate that told me I can't pick up inside the store I needed to go back outside move my car park in one of the online order spots and someone will bring it to me, I've stopped at multiple Walmarts I've never heard I can only pick up this way. Then she said I need to hurry because online order pick up closes at 10pm and the person that does it might have left already so now I'm panicking because this is a birthday gift for someone for the following day I also wanted to grab a card and someone wrapping paper while I was inside, in any case it's now about 9:55pm so I rush outside move my car park it in a spot then I have to call a number I rang it 3 times no answer on the 4th try someone answered and they confirmed my spot and my order and about 5 mins later the person came out and gave me my order. At this point I just started my car and went home I didn't even want to go back inside the whole thing just threw off my whole evening. I said all of this to say Walmart needs to convey this process so ppl don't waste time what if I got there at 10:30pm I would be sol and also if google maps can't direct u to a business by now then they should also take that into consideration especially when it's night time or dark.

I love my Apple Watch honestly the best decision I could've ever made very essential. I wish that I had added the cellular data to that but that's all me, but I love purchasing all my Apple devices from Walmart. Definitely worth it.

I had chosen to do a pick up order- I picked up the order, and opened the box in the parking lot (I was very excited). To my dismay, there was no watch or band in the box. When I opened it, there was no plastic sealing (which I'm not sure if that's standard or not) but the box itself was sealed. This is my third Apple Watch so as soon as I opened the bag from pick up, I felt like something was off about this box. I double checked and had my family check the box to make sure I didn't make a mistake. I'm very confused as to how this could happen. I would like to say that Donna at customer service was so kind and understanding and provided great service.

I purchased what was described as an Apple Watch from Walmart's online store and picked it up in person. I even bought the Allstate protection plan they offered. Since it was meant to be a gift, I didn't open it right away. When I finally did, the watch wouldn't charge. At first, I thought it was a charger issue, but later I took it to an Apple Store. To my shock, the Apple Store staff immediately said this was a fake Apple Watch. I never expected Walmart to sell a replica as the real thing. Here's the problem: • Allstate told me they won't cover it because it's a fake product. • Walmart customer service keeps repeating that the return window is closed and won't process a refund, even though one agent initially promised they would. • I've called, chatted, and tried multiple times, but l'm stuck. I feel scammed. How can Walmart sell a fake Apple Watch under its name, then refuse to fix the issue?

This Apple Watch was listed as NEW, but I am highly skeptical that it was indeed new when it arrived. The packaging had a sticker on it that looked like a service sticker and other indicators that this was a refurb item being sold as "new". After about a week and a half of wear, it stopped working and charging. Walmart did refund me, but I'd stay clear of this seller. Sketchy at best.

I never received the item. Walmart shipped this with "Lasership" which has all negative reviews both on the Walmart platform and on the BBB. I am currently taking this up with Walmart coporate. Their customer service reps keep guaranteeing a refund however it has been 3 weeks and no refund.

I purchased this watch as a gift for my BF and FedEx delivery left my package outside my door step partially opened with just some left over tape on it that was already there. As soon as it was delivered I went out to get it asap. I was surprised and so shocked and angry when I opened the partially open damaged box with no watch inside but just the original watch box ripped apart in it. Walmart customer care would not replaced or refund me due to the photo showed of it said delivered. I am very upset and disappointed with Walmart customer Care not doing a thorough investigation on the matter but dismissed it as packaged was delivered correctly. Not only did I lost money but I did not get the item. I am also disappointed that FedEx delivery guy was incompetent to even deliver this partially opened/damaged box with no item inside but just the ripped apart original watch box in it. One of the photo shows my box was sliced opened already down the middle with just a piece of tape at the end to hold it closed temporarily also the FedEx driver who delivered it. What I don't get is why this guy delivered a partially opened packaged and then also take a photo just to put on my account as delivered when there was no item inside. Walmart customer is incompetent and so is the FedEx delivery guy. I will never order an expensive item for delivery again. This is lesson learned. But still I will not excuse the fact that Walmart Customer Care is a joke. And so is the delivery guy.

Received a wrong item from Walmart.com online purchase and based on the advice from Customer service team of Walmart online service, went to multiple Walmart stores to return and get refund. All the stores rejected my request and it was not possible to initiate refund from a store for a wrong item received from the purchase through Walmart online store. After multiple calls with Walmart com CS team, finally they asked me to dispute the charges with my bank which I Did and later now the final verdict is Walmart informed my bank that item was delivered so they reject my dispute. I am totally disappointed and please guide me whom and where to approach to get my refund.
