I noticed a very small difference in the whiteness of my teeth but that is likely due to the length of time I used it (1 month) I'm happy to see if it will continue to change. My only complaint was the taste. For me personally, it tasted similar to a cough drop, which I'm not the happiest with, otherwise, I really like it.

It's got a minty flavor, but something else I can't quite identify. I don't really like it. Does leave your teeth feeling very clean. Probably stick with my current brand.
