Floating pellets much better than the flakes. LOTS contained in this small bottle. I have just 1 betta fish and he gets 4 or 5 granules per serving so this bottle will last quite a while.
my fish will only eat this - a little tip pour out the pellets in the lid and take another bottle and crush it a bit its easier for fish to eat and he loves it!
For whatever reason, it's the only food my betta will eat. I've been feeding this for over a year. Had to order online because have not seen it at my local Walmart store. The other brands, the pellets are bigger and my betta will not even eat it. This one keeps him healthy.
Picture makes it look like a teeny tiny bottle, it's not- it is a goodly size container. The pellets- they are pellets and not flakes, are verrry tiny, but my large Bettas seem to like them just fine. This will last them a long time.
Kevin loves his food. We feed him 3 times a day and also installed a LED light in the Roots tank so when we turn it on, he knows to swim over to the feeding hole for his food...excellent design Roots Team!!!
Price is okay. My bettas eat it so overall if you cannot find this product for less, then it will serves its purpose.
This looks like the same fish food i always get, but it is much larger than the older stuff. PELLETS ARE MUCH LARGER> there is not really anything wrong with the product. My fish could not eat it. just to let others beware.
