Know your pH and keep it healthy!
We all need to realize our bodies acidify as we get older, especially after 40, and this causes a number of issues that are preventable. Testing pH of urine is the easiest way to see if you need to do something to lower your pH. If you get acidic it may affect our na systems. If you do test acidic, a good product is called pH Adjust - just one that really works. Make sure you are within bounds and not too acidic or alkaline - and this test kit is very easy to use to know.

Made a mistake %26 subscribed to $100. Yr plan was given a long lengthy time to cancel it as I ask I would HATE TO HAVE THE PLAN. If I had a problem with the plan %26 benefits it would take how much extra time to straighten that out If it took so long and so many questions , hard time etc etc to straighten out after I receive the plan. IF I GOT IT! This isn't asking to be on the plan! I made a mistake %26 accidentally pressed options to gas. I should read each %26 every page the computer has up. The plan should not even be on the checkout option.!!! It should be somewhere other than in between acquiring an order. YES IT SHOULD BE SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN PLACING AN ORDER! I made %26 it's easy to makes !!! a mistake!
