I love this arcade machine, so fun to play with my friends and family when they come over to visit.
Easy to put together. Sturdy and good quality. Looks fantastic in the bar at home. plays great, press BOTH of the start buttons at the same time to open the settings menu. In the settings you can calibrate the rifles so they are more accurate!
Was a Christmas gift for our boys. The game was great until 5 days in the green gun just quit working!!! Now I have to find out what can be done about this or who to contact! So upset because this thing was their BIG gift
Disappointed as the left side gun stopped working after 10 or 15 uses. Now I need to know how to get a replacement gun???
Expensive product for what you are getting. Come packed flat so a lot of time spent building it, which is fine. But product died within 4 months. Don't waste your money
Awesome game but I am on my 2nd unit in one month and will be sending back for a 3rd. The green gun breaks within a week of use. Arcade1UP has no inventory and no ETA on when they can provide new guns. I ended up returning the one I bought for Christmas. Walmart was great and sent me a new one. The green gun on that one now broke after a week. Now I will be sending that back probably for a refund. The 2.5 hours to assemble and 1 hour to repackage is getting old. Arcade1Up is a total let down. Its too bad because the game itself is awesome.
Great idea, however we set this up for a birthday party and one of the guns started malfunctioning immediately.
Green gun worked, orange gun doesn't. game worked once, and now it won't start. sound quit. contacted Arcade1Up customer service for 2 weeks and still no help. they ask and offer suggestions but never work. sent them a video of what it does, and i was told it doesn't show a problem. I didn't read reviews like i usually do, and I wish i did.
The green gun broke after two days . I can't find a replacement gun. The company I contacted had me reverse the guns on the back. Still doesn't work!!!!! Would not purchase this again. Very disappointed!
Paid over $600 for a machine that worked for less than 24 hours. The green gun stopped registering completely and the orange gun works about half the time. Would not recommend this product.
