Arctic King 7 Cu ft Chest Freezer, Black

I was skeptical about buying it given some complaints I saw from other previous reviewers. However mine came in without any dents or issues. Delivery was swift and delivered right to my doorstep even though I live on the 23rd floor. I have had it for 2 weeks plus now and it has been working fine

Great price. Shipping took a week longer than anticipated but when the freezer finally arrived I opened it and plugged it in. It took less than 24 hours for it to be cold enough to start using. Very affordable and easy set up. It is quite lightweight as well. Even made a house out of the box for the kiddos.

I absolutely love it! We were worried that it would be too big because we live in an apartment but, it's not too big at all, and so far it works great! I was surprised at how much room is in it. The only damage was a couple of very small scratches on the lid but nothing major and they're barely noticeable. I can handle that :) it got here very fast! My wife and I have already filled it with ice cream and meat lol

This is a very nice freezer, after all of the horrible reviews I was really worried it would arrive looking like it fell off the back of a truck. However, I was pleasantly surprised, and it came in perfect condition. I still think it may be a gamble regarding the condition it arrives in, but luckily our gamble paid off!

i like the size fits nicely where i intended it to...but was little upset that a brand new freezer already has big dent in the front when i unboxed it ... when u buy new you expect it to look new ...havent even plugged it up yet when i noticed it was already damaged..😞

The freezer was delivered today. I got it moved into place and waited the 30 min as suggested. I went to turn it on and noticed the freezer had a huge dent in the corner where the power control is. I'm hoping to hear from someone to see how to make this right. at this point I'm willing to keep it as long as the dent does not affect the how it works.

Delivered on the wrong day with no advance notice. Left outside my door. Scratched top. Then, inside, the interior lining is scraped or torn. And, the whole thing smells like rancid meat. I have photos. Wish I could share the smell of this. Not used, not reconditioned. It was supposed to be NIB (New In Box) and clearly is not. And we paid extra for the Protection Plan / Insurance.

Very disappointed in the appearance! There appeared to be no damage to the shipping container, however after opening there was lots of cosmetic damage. Wish I would of took heed to the previous reviews. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AND HAVE DELIVERED. Extremely poor handling by the vendors. I decided to keep the freezer sense it wasn't in a highly visible area and I had an obvious need for it, instead of going through all the red of returning. Overall after two weeks of using it I would say it does work well, only issue I've had is sometimes the lid locks shut and will not open. As of now I would have given a much higher rating if there was no damage.

Arrived damaged!!! But not from shipping. The electric cord is damaged as well as a corner of the freezer. The shipping packaging was intact so this was done before it was boxed.i am not happy. I have bought a previous freezer I still have and was very happy with it. I will never buy from these people again. I don't think it's safe to even run because of the stripped cord.

Im happy with the product, not happy that it arrived damaged!! It works and it is too much of a hassle to return it and wait for a new product. I see from other reviews that this is a problem. Maybe improve the packaging or FedEx shouldnt manhandle packages.
