Arctic King 7 Cu ft Chest Freezer, Black

I was skeptical about buying it given some complaints I saw from other previous reviewers. However mine came in without any dents or issues. Delivery was swift and delivered right to my doorstep even though I live on the 23rd floor. I have had it for 2 weeks plus now and it has been working fine

I like the look of the freezer and it blends well with my other appliances. I really didn't have a good frame of reference for the actual size of the freezer. It's bigger than I really needed but I have been able to utilize the size now for our needs. The only thing I have to say on the negative is that it does not have any racks or "containers" for sorting items. Use your imagination and good luck with that!

I have had it ,a month now . Delivery was fast ,unpacking and setting up was a breeze ,as I am a older arthritic women. works wonderful freezes fast and solid temp stays -5 f.it is so quite you can not even hear it run .It replaced a upright that only lasted 7 yr.s and was the loadest freezer I had ever had. .So happy with this little jewel

We picked this as our other died, so we read reviews for see several came dented. So we decided to buy anyway, ir came a day early which was great. It's small but deep so fit in the area and had room. But yes it came dented. Two spots were dented, upon chatting with Walmart they told me had to box it up wait for someone to get it then once they recieved it would refund or replace the freezer. I had no time for any of that and it worked anyway so emailed them showing pics to get a minor part refund but least it's something.

Looks Nice, Perfect Size, but Arrived Damaged. With all the other reviews I read I was hoping I wouldn't receive a damaged one but I did. If I ever decide to get another freezer, I will not be ordering it off-line, I'll buy it from the store in person. Hopefully I have no issues with it. Thankfully it's black.

we got the freezer in yesterday. and first thing I noticed was the packaging had no bottom. It was just foam taped up to the cardboard box. I wish I had taken a picture of that but unfortunately did not. We unwrapped it and I immediately checked it for damage, because that is why everybody is rating it poorly, and turns out it certainly did have damage, but not on the front or the back or the sides, it happened on the bottom where there was almost no protection. around where the cable is stored that coroner had crumpled in. I had told myself when I bought it that of course everyone else's got damaged, but that wouldn't be my experience... It wouldn't happen to me. Well it did. If you buy this product expect it to be damaged. As this will just sit in my garage. I am not returning it because it still functions fine. But if you need this to look, it's best upon arrival, look elsewhere.

I love the size of this freezer. However, just like some of the negative reviews I've read about on the damage upon arrival. Mines too arrived damaged. The top part where you grab to open the freezer has a small dent in it. Also, the grill on the side has cracks on it. It would help if the seller could give more specific directions on the fragile care of this product because no one wants to pay for anything expensive or not for damaged goods. Now I do have what I ordered but its damaged so I feel kind of robbed because the quality that was shown in the picture I did not receive. I paid full price just like the rest of you. Its not fair or just that the seller has full payment for a product that was delivered poorly or damaged to their customers. For any future customers looking to purchase a deep freezer from Walmart, please go directly to the store and purchase it. This way you know your purchase is of good quality.

Tried to contact Walmart about the damages to the freezer upon receiving it but haven’t heard anything back. The lid was damaged and the latches on the back that keep the lid connected were broke. Damages to the bottom of it and the sides. Looks like someone dropped it from the forklift and then ran over it. Very disappointed.

I just received this freezer and upon unboxing it was damaged at the top. So disappointing. Due to health reasons I can’t drive to take it back to the store. I want my money back or one that’s not damaged. I’m out of the money I paid to have someone come over to help bring it inside and to place it in the proper place.

Fed ex delivered it .. when we will took it out of the box.. it was scratched on the lid and two dents on it ... one big one like they dropped it... I wasnt able to call anyone... there was no paperwork with it... I should have gotten a little credit for a brand new freezer scratched and dented
